We begin with a referral from Alta California Regional Center or a family inquiry.

Assessment & Planning

A personalized plan is created through collaboration between the consumer, family, and staff.

Service Initiation

Our team implements the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) within seven business days.

Ongoing Review

Regular check-ins ensure progress and adjustments as needs evolve.

Customer Choice

Consumers choose their own Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) — because your comfort and trust come first.
